The server side runs on PHP and Python. Your business data lives in MySQL or PostgreSQL databases. Pages are written in HTML and CSS, with very little JavaScript, so they open quickly on any phone.
We connect software through REST APIs and webhooks, direct links that let data flow automatically from one system to another. Every request is logged, and temporary errors are retried automatically. Typical connections go to invoicing and inventory software, customer lists, calendars and online stores.
The assistants use language models combined with search across your business information, a method called RAG. Documents are split into short passages and indexed, and each answer is written only from the relevant passages. For voice agents, we add speech recognition and a natural-sounding voice, plus call transfer to a person.
We manage the Linux servers, with HTTPS-encrypted traffic and automatic backups. We monitor around the clock that your website responds, and our team gets an alert at the first error. Every project has a test environment identical to the live one, so we can roll back to the previous version at any time.
We split the work across specialized AI agents: simple tasks, such as everyday questions or sorting requests, go to fast, economical AI models, and complex ones go to advanced models only when needed. Frequently used information is cached, so it is processed and paid for only once. That keeps AI costs low and included in the price.
